Job summary
A well-known retail company is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor in Malvern. This role involves providing excellent customer service and advice on shoe care and accessories. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and some experience in retail or customer care. This position offers 12 hours of work over 3 days weekly with competitive hourly pay starting at £11.70 for those aged 21+.

We have a part-time Customer Advisor position in our Pavers team in Malvern, working 12 hours over 3 days per week.
The role requires good availability as it includes a mix of weekend and weekday shifts.
£11.70 per hour for 21+ (18-20 £9.60, 16-17 £7.85)
After completing the retail induction PaSS stages, pay increases to £12.05 per hour for 21+ (18-20 £9.87, 16-17 £8.07)
