A leading vehicle manufacturer in the UK is looking for a Customer Service Advisor in Darlington. This role involves building relationships with customers, coordinating service and repairs, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing administrative tasks, and providing timely updates. The position offers a competitive salary starting from £26,500 along with various benefits including in-house training, increased holiday with service, and a competitive employer pension.
3 weekly rotation Monday – Friday
Week 1: 07:00 – 15:30 | Week 2: 10:00 – 18:30 | Overtime: 1 in 2 Saturdays 07:00 – 12:00

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, and your responsibilities will include building relationships with new and existing customers, coordinating routine servicing, repairs and maintenance, handling queries and raising invoices for work carried out, whilst always keeping our customers up to date.
