A dynamic events agency in England is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their creative team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). The role involves building strong client relationships, supporting project delivery, and providing strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the events industry and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Are you an experienced communicator with a passion for events and experiential marketing? Our client is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their dynamic and creative team. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity where you'll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the delivery of exceptional projects across a diverse portfolio.
As Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for both new and long-standing clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service at every stage. Working closely with Project Managers and the wider delivery team, you'll help drive innovation, support business growth and ensure all projects meet the highest standards.
We're looking for someone confident, client-focused and able to represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
