Job summary

A luxury beauty brand is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to lead and deliver marketing initiatives across the UK and Ireland. This role requires a proven marketing professional with strong leadership, analytical skills, and digital marketing experience. You will work with retailers and internal teams to elevate brand presence and execute successful marketing strategies. The role

As Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll take charge of planning and delivering engaging marketing initiatives that drive performance and elevate brand presence. You’ll work closely with retailers, internal teams and senior leaders to make a real impact on the market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver end-to-end marketing plans for the UK and Ireland, from planning and execution to performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage sampling initiatives, Gift With Purchase (GWP) programmes, events and CRM/consumer engagement strategies.
  • Define and implement marketing strategies for retailer activations across online and offline channels.
  • Support the Head of Marketing and PR in negotiating trade marketing packages and building strong retailer relationships.
  • Manage, monitor and analyse marketing budgets, investments and promotions to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Lead and develop the e-retail executive and marketing & consumer engagement executive to achieve commercial goals.
  • Report directly to the Head of Marketing and PR and deputise as needed.

  • Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland.
