Are you a proactive marketer with a flair for content, digital campaigns, and lead generation? Looking for a role where your ideas are valued, and your work makes a real impact?

We’re working with a brilliant B2B business in Gloucestershire that’s looking for a confident, creative Marketing Executive to join their collaborative and friendly team. With a focus on innovative solutions, the business has customers across multiple sectors — and marketing plays a big part in their continued growth.

This is a hybrid role (2 days office / 3 from home) with flexible hours, a culture built on trust and wellbeing, and the chance to grow your career in a values-led environment.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting and delivering targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Creating and managing content across social media, email, website and CRM
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and external agencies
  • Getting involved with events, internal comms, and brand development
  • Working closely with sales and service teams to align messaging and outreach
  • Monitoring performance data and reporting on marketing activity
  • Ensuring consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints
What we’re looking for:
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role (B2B experience a plus)
