The role involves supporting administrative tasks, maintaining CRM records, and engaging with clients. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and previous sales support experience. Do you love getting things organised, making things happen, and supporting a sales team to achieve targets? Then this Sales Administrator/ Sales Support opportunity could be the perfect role for you.
As our Sales Support Administrator/ Sales Support, you will report to our Business Manager and play a key part in supporting the sales process, ensuring a positive recruitment journey for clients and candidates. Leaving the Business Manager to focus on what they do best — creating meaningful relationships and developing new business.
It is a busy, varied role with loads of potential to grow into something more client-facing down the line. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm.
You will have previous experience in a sales support or admin role, essential, and recruitment industry experience would be a big bonus. Excellent organisation skills with great attention to detail, ability to juggle tasks and work to deadlines. Essential that you are a strong communicator, both written and verbal. Be confident in talking on the phone and can build relationships with clients, candidates, suppliers, and colleagues. Confident with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with using CRM systems. A driving licence is required with access to a vehicle to travel to the office in Ransomes Europark, and you may occasionally be required to attend meetings or events. Team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in and provide the best service.
