• Commercial Credit Underwriting expertise.
• Managing own workflow and stakeholder managing across immediate stakeholders and the wider community across Metro Bank.
• Independent problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Relevant IT / systems skills
• Commercial lending and general banking and finance – including relevant legal concepts and issues.
• Commercial lending markets.
• Wider commercial and economic knowledge and awareness.
