Job summary
A warehousing and distribution company is looking for a Health and Safety Manager to work part-time in Brighton. The successful candidate will oversee on-site health and safety and manage risks related to lifting operations and manual handling. Candidates should hold a NEBOSH General Certificate and have a good understanding of LOLER regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe working environment across three warehouses.

A small warehousing and distribution company with three small warehouses in the Brighton area is looking for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join their team on a part‑time basis. You will oversee on‑site Health and Safety. The main risks on these sites will be racking, FLT's, lifting operations (LOLER), DSE and manual handling.
- Hold a minimum NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- Member of IOSH
- Good understanding and working knowledge of LOLER
- Experience with racking inspection (Sema or equivalent)
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
