Over in Kingston, we are undertaking the largest housing regeneration programme ever delivered in the borough, building new energy efficient housing that will transform some of our oldest Council owned housing. Digital and IT is a shared service between Kingston and Sutton councils providing digital and technology services to both councils as well as a number of arm's length companies.

The Research Team sits within Digital Delivery along with the Design Team, Products & Online Services Team, Design Team and the Development Team. Within the teams we have multiple roles including User Researchers, Business Analysts, Service Designers, Product Managers, Content Designers, Interaction Designers, Delivery Managers and Developers. Our projects are managed using an agile approach and disciplines work in multi-disciplinary project teams designing and delivering good services.

To be successful as a Business Analyst, you will:

• Have experience working in business analysis for 2 years or more
• Question and challenge ways of working, with an understanding of the bigger picture in terms of the corporate context and external environment

• Ability to identify and work with key data sources to understand the service in detail.
