Description

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Audit & Accounts Senior to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a varied client portfolio, contribute to a growing team, and take ownership of both audit and accounting projects within a forward‑thinking firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver audit assignments from planning to completion, in line with agreed deadlines and compliance standards.
  • Prepare and finalise statutory accounts, tax, VAT, and PAYE submissions.
  • Review and support junior staff, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high‑quality outputs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, responding to queries with professionalism and a client‑first attitude.
  • Organise your workload effectively to meet deadlines and prepare work for managerial review.
  • Ensure accurate logging of chargeable time and support effective fee recovery.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in practice.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or actively working towards qualification).
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with cloud‑based accounting tools (e.g., Xero) is an advantage.
