Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is looking for a part-time Recruitment Administrator to support a high-volume recruitment drive in the East Midlands. This role involves screening candidates, conducting calls, and ensuring all documentation is in order as they aim to onboard around 70 new hires. The position offers flexible working and starts at £12.50 per hour. Ideal candidates will be organized, proactive, and ready to join a busy environment starting next week.
Qualifications
- Proactive and organized individual able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for conducting professional calls with applicants.
- Ability to handle compliance and documentation effectively.
Responsibilities
- Screen and shortlist candidates effectively.
- Conduct professional telephone calls with applicants.
- Ensure compliance and right-to-work documentation is completed.
- Book and coordinate interviews.
- Update internal systems and provide recruitment support.
- Work towards KPIs to track performance.
