- Lead and coordinate the senior leadership team to foster collaboration and accountability.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure their successful execution.
- Develop mid-term business strategies and annual budgets, aligning them with performance goals.
- Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive sales growth through direct and distributor channels, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Guide marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and support business development.
- Extensive experience in senior operational leadership roles within the UK, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong expertise in supply chain, sales, marketing, customer service, and financial management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at Board level.
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution skills in SME environments.
- Commercially savvy with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
