• Direct experience in managing operations, automation, and process improvements.
• Practical expertise in Lean, Agile, Six Sigma methodologies.

• Translate the Group’s strategy into an operational model across jurisdictions.
• Lead global operations (front-, middle-, and back-office).
• Drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence in client and operational processes.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives encompassing automation and AI adoption.
