As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer in the Infrastructure Platforms: Cloud Reliability Services TSE team at JPMorgan Chase, you will apply deep knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes within the infrastructure engineering discipline. You will continue to evolve your technical and cross-functional knowledge within and outside of your aligned domain of expertise.

Your responsibilities will include applying your technical expertise to projects of moderate scope, promoting a workstream or project involving infrastructure engineering technologies, and collaborating with other platforms to implement changes. 1. Apply technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope.
2. Drive a workstream or project involving one or more infrastructure engineering technologies.
3. Collaborate with other platforms to architect and implement changes that resolve issues and modernize technology processes.
4. Design, develop, and troubleshoot technical problems of moderate complexity with creative solutions.
5. Consider upstream/downstream data and systems implications and advise on mitigation actions.
6. Troubleshoot complex priority incidents, considering data/system implications, and communicate effectively.
7. Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure issue resolution and identify trending issues for product improvement.
8. Demonstrate a high aptitude for learning and teaching, supporting product releases and updates.
9. Contribute to a team culture of diversity, equity, and respect.

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts and advanced experience.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure areas such as hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance assessment.
• Proficiency in a specific infrastructure technology and scripting (e.g., Python).
• Drive to develop technical and cross-functional knowledge beyond the current product.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud platforms, with the ability to operate and migrate across public and private clouds.

• Significant programming experience in relevant languages.
• Certifications in Kubernetes, Azure, GCP, or Terraform.
