Job summary
A flooring contractor company in Chorley is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple flooring projects ranging from £1000 to £500,000. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, knowledge in product management, and hold a valid CSCS Card. This full-time position offers a salary of £40,000-£50,000 per year plus a van, with responsibilities including resource allocation and client negotiations.
Qualifications
- Ability to adhere to Health and Safety guidelines.
- Experience in producing Risk and Method Statements.
- Sound knowledge of flooring products and sub-floors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple flooring projects from £1000 - £500,000.
- Allocate required labour resources efficiently.
- Negotiate with clients to ensure projects are profitable.
