Project Manager / Employer’s Agent – Retail Refurbishment Projects

Location: Ideally based in Kent, South East London, or Sussex

Salary: £50000 - £60000

A leading construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Employer’s Agent, preferably within the retail sector.

You will have knowledge of retail refurbishment projects, with experience in food retail projects being highly desirable. However, experience as a project manager, employer's agent, or a similar role in other construction sectors will also be considered.

You will be able to manage multiple refurbishment projects concurrently with a strong understanding of the project lifecycle, from feasibility to completion.

You will have proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject) and the Microsoft Office Suite, along with an understanding of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.

Must have a valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel across project sites.

Must have the right to work in the UK.
