Overview

Fire Sprinkler Project Manager - £55,000 - London

We are currently representing a well-established fire suppression systems company. Due to growth, they are looking for a fire sprinkler project manager to join their team in the London area.

Salary Package:

£45,000 - £55,000

Area of cover:

London and surrounding areas

Duties
  • Understand the project scope thoroughly and ensure that the project aligns with the client brief.
  • Effectively manage the design process, swiftly resolving design issues to ensure smooth progress.
  • Obtain and assess sub-contractor quotations, selecting the best sub-contractor for the works to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Take charge of health and safety protocols, including the production of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs) and conducting regular site inspections.
  • Hold financial responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the project, ensuring it stays within budgetary constraints.
  • Coordinate and manage site teams efficiently, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal performance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, liaising effectively with all stakeholders, including suppliers, sub-contractors, internal teams, and directors.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly progress reports to keep all stakeholders informed about project status and milestones achieved.
