iO Associates is proud to be working with a leading consultancy looking to grow their Bristol-based team by hiring experienced Senior Project Managers to deliver high-profile projects across the South West. With a strong pipeline of work in education, infrastructure, commercial, and public sectors, this role offers exciting variety and career growth in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams across the full project lifecycle

• Deliver to high standards in cost, time, and risk management

• Act as the main interface between clients, stakeholders, and the internal team

• Produce key project documents - programmes, reports, risk registers

• Support and mentor junior staff

• Oversee change control, governance, and performance reporting

• Experience managing projects in the education or public sector (preferred)

• Track record of delivering £1m-£50m+ capital works projects

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Competence in both pre- and post-contract PM responsibilities

• MRICS, MAPM, or similar chartered status (or working towards it)

• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
