Electrical Project Manager - Building Services

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a very successful and highly respected Electrical Building Services contractor based in Nottingham. Working across multiple sectors including commercial, office fit-out, industrial, and more, with typical project values ranging from £500k up to £10m, the company is a long-standing Electrical Building Services contractor providing a full range of electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage projects assigned to you, ensuring that they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
2. Manage the procurement of projects.
3. Handle technical submissions and approvals.
4. Assist in the production of risk assessments and method statements.
5. Manage the financial aspects of the project and work within set budgets.
6. Manage the site team.
7. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
8. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project cycle.

Experience and Key Skills:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as an Electrical Building Services Project Manager or similar role, such as Electrical Contracts Manager.
• Experience in successfully delivering electrical building services projects ranging from £500,000 to £5,000,000.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience).
