Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Site Services Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include scheduling activities, preparing documentation, and providing operational support. Experience in engineering or construction environments is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a problem-solving attitude. This role offers critical support for smooth project delivery and can act as holiday cover for the Commercial Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience coordinating contractors and services across multiple maintenance or installation projects.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of health and safety compliance processes in technical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate activities for the Site Services Team.
  • Prepare pre-site onboarding documentation.
  • Collate and complete post-job reports.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of site consumables.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
