A leading water utility company is seeking a Regional Security Advisor to join their Protective Security team. You'll be responsible for assessing security risks, providing expert advice, and promoting adherence to security policies across various sites. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a background in security or risk management. We are currently recruiting multiple Regional Security Advisors, working part of our Protective Security team in London and the Thames Valley/ Home Counties. As part of the Regional Protective Security Team, you will have a close working relationship with site teams and other stakeholders to support the performance of our physical security, ensuring our critical assets within a specific area of our estate are secure.
You will be the link between our regulator’s guidance and the business, providing security advice to colleagues as required. An ambassador for promoting security and adherence to the associated policies and procedures across the business. To ensure Thames Water’s people, processes, premises, and assets security is maintained.
There are multiple locations available for this role:
Working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As part of the security team, you will be required to travel across the Thames Water region.
