Job summary

A leading software provider in the UK seeks a Senior People Compliance Manager to lead the People Workforce Delivery Team. This role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence and governance across the People Function. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in operational management, especially within HR, and possess strong skills in governance, planning, and risk management. Qualifications

  • Significant experience in senior operational management, ideally within HR or People Operations.
  • Strong governance, planning, and organisational skills, focusing on consistent processes.
  • Experience with risk frameworks and operational reporting at a senior level.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead teams through change and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the People Workforce Delivery Team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide leadership and operational direction to direct reports.
  • Manage and deliver the Annual People Cycle on time.
  • Align cycle milestones with business priorities while minimizing disruption.
  • Own and manage governance processes for consistent scheduling and documentation.
  • Manage the People Function's risk register, ensuring proactive risk identification.
  • Track compliance against governance standards.
  • Implement project frameworks for high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee operational services outside of the defined framework.
  • Manage the People Function communications plan.
