Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing HACCP and Quality Management Systems.
• Strong communication skills within the Technical Department.
• Engagement with Technical Management on process and quality development.
• Food-related degree or equivalent with experience in Food/FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the Site Quality System for compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in technical processes.
• Lead the HACCP team and ensure effective implementation.
• Manage the TACCP program to mitigate food safety risks.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation through robust control.
• Co-lead external audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Update site technical risk assessments.</li><li>Manage pest control program.
• Maintain supplier risk assessments and compliance.
