Building Control Surveyor / Inspector with previous experience in Building Inspection / Building Control / Surveying or similar, is required for a well-established organisation based in Wokingham.

SALARY: Up to £63,575 per annum (depending on experience), including a £7,500 Market Supplement, a Golden Hello payment (up to £6,000 subject to terms), and benefits.

LOCATION: Hybrid role – working part from the office in Wokingham and part from home.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent.

JOB OVERVIEW

In this role, you will manage portfolios of domestic and non-domestic construction projects, providing expert advice, supervision, and consultancy services.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Building Inspector status at Class 2F level
• Professional Building Control Qualification (RICS, CABE, or equivalent)
• Experience with building regulations and legislation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and prioritising skills
• Commitment to service excellence
