Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Compliance role for a Commercial Broker, Insurer, or Managing Agent.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the FCA’s Rules.
• Knowledge of complaint handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Tracking of Compliance actions as part of the annual Compliance Plan.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships within the business.
• Undertake Regulatory horizon scanning and impact assessments.
• Communicate relevant Regulatory information clearly.
