The Role

As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience across departments - assisting administrative tasks, document control, data management and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to build core business skills in a fast-paced, infrastructure-focussed environment, whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

• Strong attention to detail - essential for handling documentation, data entry, and compliance tasks.
• Good communication skills - both verbal and written, to liaise with colleagues, clients, and suppliers effectively.
• Organised and reliable - able to manage time, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
• Willingness to learn - a proactive attitude towards gaining new skills and taking on responsibility.
• Problem-solving mindset - able to think critically and support process improvements where possible.
• Professionalism - demonstrates a positive attitude, confidentiality, and respect in the workplace.
• Team player - works well with others and contributes to a collaborative team culture.
• Adaptability - comfortable with changing priorities and able to work across different departments.
• Basic IT literacy - familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).
