Qualifications

• Proven experience managing people and services within a Total Facilities Management or Hard FM environment.
• Trained in Health & Safety to IOSH Level II standard.
• Strong IT literacy, including experience with CAFM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of Hard FM services through in-house maintenance teams.
• Support and deputise for the Head of Facilities Management.
• Ensure statutory compliance and project delivery are met.
