Our Oil & Gas Operator client is currently recruiting for the position of Legal Compliance Officer, based in Aberdeen. This will be a staff position. Candidates would have to be based in Aberdeen - Hybrid working 3/2 is available.
The Compliance Officer is a dedicated, full-time role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the company's compliance and data privacy frameworks. Promoting ethical conduct and providing support to the organization on areas such as compliance and privacy matters. The Compliance Officer will serve as the primary liaison with regulators and oversee internal compliance activities, including those related to privacy and ethical conduct as well as compliance-related investigations and training programs. The role will also involve some support for Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance matters.
