A UK-based consultancy firm is seeking an Operations & Compliance Lead to enhance operational processes and manage compliance across functions. The role requires identifying operational improvements, managing ISO accreditations, and working closely with various teams. Candidates should have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and experience in compliance or ISO management. The position accommodates flexible working and offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000.
Hippo is looking to bolster its operations team by creating a new role of Operations & Compliance Lead, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Hippo has grown to a business of 500 and has ambitions to continue to grow in the future (either organically or through acquisition). This will require the operational processes to continue to improve and evolve.
The role is wide reaching and requires the individual to be able to work across the different functions of the business to help drive operational effectiveness.
Full time or part time (min. 4 days per week).
Location: Any Hippo office (Leeds, London, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow)
FTE Salary £45,000 - £55,000

We are headquartered in Leeds and have offices across the UK in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, London and Bristol. We're on the lookout for top talent nationwide but you need to be located within reasonable travelling distance from one of our offices which will be your contracted office location. Given the dynamic nature of a consulting business, you may be required to work on‑site at a Hippo office or at an in/out of town client location for a number of days per week (client dependent) and therefore candidates will need to be open/flexible to travel. Plus, we offer a generous relocation support package of up to £8k (please ask for terms and conditions) to help make your move a smooth one.
