A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Sous Chef for their Nursing and Residential Care Home in Warlingham. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £15.50 with straight shifts and no evenings, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. The role of Sous Chef at Aria Healthcare in Warlingham, Surrey, is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and passionate culinary professional. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Chef to create fresh, nutritious meals for the residents of the 62-bedded Nursing and Residential Care Home, which has a CQC rating of 'Good' and a 9.6 rating on Carehome.co.uk.
As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef, leading by example, and showcasing your creative flair to deliver high-level hospitality. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £15.50 and a shift pattern that includes no evenings, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to participate in a fully supported induction, gaining valuable experience in the healthcare sector, and to mentor the team through Aria Care's own Chef Academy.

We are looking for a passionate Chef that will support the Head Chef, lead by example and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
