Descripción de la vacante
A catering company in Cradley Heath seeks an Enhanced DBS Kitchen Assistant to support school meal preparation and food service. This role involves maintaining hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas while assisting a friendly team. Ideal candidates will have kitchen experience, a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, and the ability to work well with others. An enhanced DBS check is mandatory. Flexible term-time hours are available, offering a pay rate of £12.21 per hour.
Formación
- Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is desirable.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be an advantage.
- Must be able to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS check is required.
Responsabilidades
- Assist with the preparation and serving of school meals.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and dining area.
- Support the catering team with washing up and clearing tables.
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Provide friendly service to pupils and staff.
