A leading not-for-profit network is seeking a Director of Policy and Research to lead policy development and research strategy, driving national conversations on cohesion and integration. This senior leadership role calls for a strategic and insightful leader with deep expertise in policy and research, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to equity. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to influence change and uphold the organization's values. This role is full-time and offers a salary range of £65,000–£70,000.
