Operational Services Manager Band 7

An exciting opportunity has become available in NHSGGC for an Operational Services Manager.

The post holder will provide operational support to the General Manager and Clinical Service Managers in respect of the overall administrative management processes within Diagnostic Imaging. In addition, the post holder will play a lead role in project management and performance reporting to support the delivery of a highly complex and varied programme of work within Diagnostic Imaging.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative staff and resources for NHSGGC Imaging
  • Lead service redesign and projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Analyse and report performance data
  • Support capacity planning and waiting list management
  • Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience
  • Strong NHS management background
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NHS operations and the ability to navigate competing priorities
  • Demonstrable project management experience
  • HR knowledge
  • Driving licence (multi-site travel)
