A market-leading food business is seeking a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its sales and growth strategy. The role involves driving commercial strategy, building relationships with customers, and leading sales teams. Ideal candidates will have a strong commercial leadership background in chilled or frozen food, with experience in retail, foodservice, and B2B channels. This position is based in Carlisle and offers a competitive salary and performance-related bonus.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being close to customers, products, and teams. The business operates across branded and own-label categories, with a strong footprint in both domestic and international markets. The head office is based in Carlisle and requires the CCO to be both in the office and out with customers regularly.

Competitive six figure basic salary + performance related bonus
