This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being close to customers, products, and teams. The business operates across branded and own-label categories, with a strong footprint in both domestic and international markets. The head office is based in Carlisle and requires the CCO to be both in the office and out with customers regularly.
