• Lead all aspects of commercial operations, including business development, bid management, and contract negotiation
• Drive process excellence, commercial governance, and risk management across multiple programmes and geographies
• Build and mentor a high‑performing commercial team within a matrix structure, fostering collaboration and professional development
• Serve as a trusted member of the Executive Leadership Team, advising the CEO and senior leaders on commercial trends and opportunities
