This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the marketing function within a small, forward-thinking team at the forefront of the audio industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a genuine passion for music or audio technology, and the creativity to drive impactful campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Oversee social media, content creation, influencer partnerships, and email campaigns.
• Manage and contribute to website content, press relations, and trade show planning.
• Lead product marketing initiatives and support the launch of new products.

• 5+ years' experience in a marketing role (preferably in the audio/music tech industry).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign analysis, and content generation.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Degree in Marketing or related field (MBA desirable but not essential).
