Our flagship product, NIMBUS, is rapidly becoming the global standard for innovative case management solutions. With over two decades of experience supporting Investigators and Analysts in more than forty countries, we understand the unique challenges of both public and private sector investigations and build solutions that meet their evolving needs.
Black Rainbow is entering an exciting new phase of growth. We are seeking a hands‑on, commercially focused Head of Marketing (Demand Generation & Field Marketing) to build and lead our global demand engine. Reporting to the VP Sales, this leader will be accountable for creating predictable, scalable pipeline through integrated campaigns, account‑based marketing (ABM), and high‑impact events.
This is a player‑coach role for an ambitious marketing leader who combines strategic acumen with execution excellence. You will design and deliver marketing programmes that generate qualified opportunities across our UK and US, covering cross‑industry segments Federal, Law Enforcement, Public Sector and Corporate Markets. You will be responsible for building and managing a high‑performing team that includes Field Marketing leads in both the UK and North America, and a new SDR function aligned to Sales.
This is a pivotal role in shaping Black Rainbow’s next stage of growth. You will transform marketing from a support function into a measurable, data‑driven revenue engine — establishing the foundation for future scaling, including regional Field Marketing teams. The success of this role will be measured by one outcome above all: growth in qualified, high‑quality pipeline that drives ARR.
