This role is with Surrey Downs Health and Care (SDHC) which delivers care closer to people’s own communities through our Primary Care Networks and our innovative partnership of local NHS organisations.

Temp/Pulse/BP – lying and standing/Respiration/Pulse Oximetry, Blood Glucose Monitoring
General Hygiene needs/Mouth Care Practice
Pressure Ulcer Care and Treatment of Pressure ulcer
Wound Care – Simple dressings
Aseptic Non Touch Technique
Basic Catheter Care
Venepuncture
Injection – SC e.g Insulin and Dalteparin
