Care Assistants – Horsham Area

We’re hiring Care Assistants in the Horsham area! Are you kind, reliable, and ready to make a real difference in your community? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Rotas available:

  • Rota 1: Monday to Friday: 16:00 to 22:00
  • Rota 2: Saturdays & Sundays: 07:00 to 22:00

Competitive Pay Rates:

  • Monday to Friday (9:00 – 18:00): £13.25 ph
  • Monday to Friday Early & Late Hours (07:00 – 09:00 & 18:00 – 22:00): £13.50 ph
  • Weekends (07:00 – 22:00): £14.75 ph
  • Bank Holidays (07:00 – 22:00): £19.00 ph
  • Paid mileage at 30p per mile

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to people in their own homes, including personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and companionship.
  • You’ll share with other staff in meeting the personal care and support needs of customers in a way that respects their dignity and promotes independence. Your role will include support that would reasonably be given by a family member and does not include tasks normally undertaken by a trained nurse.
