- Sound knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, booking platforms).

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Oversee all hotel departments and daily operations.
- Ensure high standards for guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage budgets and financial performance.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff.

We are a small 60 Bedroom 4 star boutique hotel known for warm hospitality, exceptional service and unique design. Our guests value personalised experiences, comfort and attention to detail. We are looking for a hands on and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our dedicated team through example and uphold our reputation for excellence.
As Hotel Manager you will oversee all day to day operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience, efficient team management and strong financial performance. You'll be hands on, leading by example and fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance and guest services.
- Maintain the highest standards for guest satisfaction, cleanliness and service quality.
- Manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Recruit, train and motivate staff to deliver consistent and exceptional service.
- Monitor occupancy rates, pricing strategies and market trends to maximise revenue in collaboration with sales/marketing.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and licensing regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain supplier and contractor relationships, overseeing purchasing and inventory control.
- Report regularly to ownership on performance.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hotel management or senior supervisory experience, ideally in a 4 star or boutique environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands on management style.
