We’re looking for an organised and personable Medical Practice Concierge to join the patient services team as part of a growing holistic wellness and wellbeing practice in London. This is an opportunity to work alongside a great team, in a busy but supportive environment, playing a key role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly and patients receive excellent care.

This candidate will be part of the backbone of two practices, managing everything from patient records and appointment scheduling to correspondence and billing. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion is understandably essential; therefore, we’re looking for someone calm under pressure, naturally friendly and sensitive, discreet, and who enjoys the variety that comes with keeping a medical practice ticking over.

The successful candidate will be ready to fully embrace the role, want to learn, and not be afraid to ask questions. Experience as a medical secretary is preferable, although full guidance and PMS systems training will be provided. Must be very IT literate.

• Support and manage Membership
• Provide highly engaged, personalised services to all patients
• Maintain consistent quality patient communication
• Oversee appointment scheduling
• Follow standard operating procedure / quality guidelines
• Accurately input data into practice management systems
• Support electronic referral processes
• Act as a patient advocate
• Manage insurance claims on behalf of Members
• Collaborate with staff and clinicians to enhance service quality
• Ensure clinicians have all necessary records / test results
