Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, fluency in English and another language, and relevant experience in a luxury environment. Shipboard experience and valid STCW certificates are also required for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience as Shore assistant in a luxury environment.
• Valid STCW certificates required.
• C1D visa mandatory for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and bookings of private shore experiences.
• In charge of embarkation duties, working shoreside to greet guests.
• Organize debarkation process onboard, providing necessary information.
