A leading financial services firm is seeking a Vice President in London, responsible for assisting in the origination of HKEX listed companies in the EMEA region. The role involves conducting in-depth analyses, fostering stakeholder relationships, and managing issuer service initiatives. Responsibilities
- Assist in origination efforts for broadening the HKEX listed company universe in the EMEA region.
- Conduct in-depth analysis including industry research and financial assessment on key target businesses.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to cultivate relevant narratives for client discussions.
- Establish and manage relationships within the EMEA financial market ecosystem.
- Manage tactical initiatives related to issuer services.
- Familiarize with regional peer exchanges including listing rules and investor flows.
- Gather intelligence on equity capital market transactions in the EMEA region.
- Contribute to thematic topics relevant to global issuer services.
