Job summary

A leading recruitment agency based in Birmingham is seeking a customer service representative for a temporary ongoing position. The role involves handling incoming calls, assisting customers with service and maintenance inquiries, and organizing recovery for breakdowns. Candidates should have strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in the motor industry is a plus but not mandatory. The pay is set at £12.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from customers regarding service, maintenance, and repairs for vehicles.
  • Assist customers who have broken down and organize recovery quickly.
  • Book services with suppliers and arrange courtesy or rental vehicles.
  • Schedule additional services as necessary.
  • Keep customers informed and escalate concerns as needed.
