Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills with parents and school stakeholders.
• Possess a customer-focused approach and passion for high-quality childcare.
• Show strong organization, planning, and multi-tasking skills.
• Display creativity in designing wide-ranging activities beyond sport.
• Have knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety.
• Experience in wrap-around care or similar childcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of breakfast club, after-school club, and holiday camps.
• Manage and support the Assistant Manager and part-time coaching team.
• Plan and deliver engaging sport, play, and creative activities.
• Oversee attendance, health & safety and safeguarding processes.
• Maintain relationships with school leadership and staff.
• Communicate excellently with parents and carers.
• Ensure services meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Handle daily routines including snacks and transitions.
• Lead camps during school holidays, including planning themes.
• Embed organization values and support continuous improvement.
