We need you to bring your compassion and uniqueness to this role. Your days as a Care Assistant will be varied, interesting, and rewarding, from general care to specialist dementia care. You’ll assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and mobility. You’ll help make their apartments feel like home. You’ll enjoy activities with them, such as bingo, shopping, and live music. You’ll develop strong relationships with residents and their families.

You’ll respect residents’ choices, dignity, and independence at all times. You’ll also contribute to developing residents’ Care Plans, being aware of any specialist support needs.

• From £12.90 per hour
• Up to 30 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays, depending on length of service

No experience is necessary to become a Care Assistant, just good written and verbal communication skills, along with some IT skills. An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a significant advantage.
