A leading UK provider of elderly care seeks a dedicated Care Assistant in Littleover. You will provide high standards of personal care to residents, ensuring their dignity and respect at all times. This role as a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare in Littleover offers a competitive salary of £12.35 per hour for a permanent position. The organisation is committed to supporting and developing its teams, providing a caring and respectful environment to deliver exceptional care to residents.
Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This includes assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating any clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work efficiently and adapt to cover a range of responsibilities, and a compassionate and dedicated approach aligned with Avery Healthcare\'s values.
