Main duties of the job

Job responsibilities

About the role: Deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services.

  • Assist residents with personal hygiene to maintain independence and dignity.
  • Recognise clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls risk, and infections; raise these risks promptly.
  • Act courteously, respecting residents' dignity and individuality.
  • Practice safe systems of work across tasks.
