• Assist in managing client consultations and support the vehicle sales process.
• Provide exceptional service both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Oversee administrative tasks related to sales and customer records.
• Coordinate custom vehicle orders and aftersales requests.
• Handle post-sale support, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of organisation, accuracy, and professionalism.

• Previous experience in sales, admin, or customer service (automotive or luxury retail preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Well-organised, with a strong attention to detail.
• Confident, polished, and customer-focused.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent with computer systems and standard office tools.
